Centrepoint is itself a subsidiary of Fraser and Neave, one of Singapore's largest listed corporate groups, which celebrated its 120th anniversary in 2003.
SOUTH EAST ASIA
Leveraging from the parent's strong presence across the Far East in other markets such as food and beverage and with the solid foundation of the Singapore based Centrepoint Homes operation, the Frasers Property has expanded its residential development activities across the region and schemes are now in progress in Thailand and China, including the Jing An, Four Seasons in Shanghai and Rama 3 in Bangkok, Thailand.
AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND
Outside Singapore, Frasers Property in Australia (previously under the Greencliff name) has been responsible for some of Sydney's more luxurious and sought after residential developments in recent years.
